Our People
Noel Fitzpatrick established Change Alignment Limited in 2009.
Noel is a seasoned Business and Technology Change Manager,
with over thirty years experience in the financial services
sector. He has extensive programme management experience gained
from leading and managing major cross divisional change
programmes.
During his career with Ulster Bank, part of the Royal Bank
of Scotland Group, Noel held many leadership positions, including
Head of Change Management, Head of IT, Head of Customer Service
and Head of e-Commerce.
Prior to becoming Head of Change Management at Ulster Bank,
Noel had responsibility for the establishment and management of
the Bank's centralised Customer Services and Telephony/Internet
operations. He therefore has experience both in delivering large
scale IT enabled business transformations and in managing their
subsequent operation and development within a business unit.
Noel also headed up the Ulster Bank's e-Commerce unit and
was responsible for the launch and successful rollout of the
bank's e-banking Anytime Banking internet and telephony service
for business and personal customers.
Noel left Ulster Bank at the end of 2009 to set up Change
Alignment Limited, which specialises in helping organisations
deliver maximum value from their change activities. He is a
passionate believer in the importance of effective change
governance in ensuring that organisations link their change
activities to the achievement of their strategic goals.
As Director and Lead Consultant with Change Alignment
Limited he has assisted organisations to implement effective
change governance, including completing assignments with a number
of financial services organisations.
Noel is also highly structured Programme Manager with a
keen interest in implementing appropriate governance structures
to support rapid decision making and issue resolution on large
programmes. He actively manages risk and works as closely as
required with Project Managers to ensure that the appropriate
resources are in place and that the work is progressing to plan
and being accurately reported.
Noel is an MSc graduate of Trinity College, Dublin. He has
made numerous presentations to both technology and business
audiences. |
